Ganyu's Overview & Evaluation

Elemental Skill Great For Maintaining Distance From Enemies

Ganyu's elemental skill sends Ganyu backwards distancing herself from the enemies. It will also leave a flower that would get the Agro of the enemy. This enables Ganyu to continuously damage enemies from a far using her charge shots without distractions.

Elemental Burst Provides A Wide & Constant Cryo Damage

Her burst only cost 60 energy and last 15 seconds with also a 15 second cooldown making it easy to maintain on the field. Unlocking her talent, Harmony between Heaven and Earth, will also increase the Cryo DMG bonus of the character in the area. This skill effects remains even after switching making it easier to deal elemental combos.

Charge Attacks Can Deal AOE Cryo Damage

One of the things that makes Ganyu different from other archers is how her charge shot can deal AOE damage to enemies. This charge shot will be one of the main DPS dealing attack of Ganyu.

Constellation One Is Great For Support Ganyu

While a C0 Ganyu is a very strong support, C1 will boost the power of charge attack making it able to provide Cryo debuffs to enemies and make it easier to gather energy for Elemental Burst.

Constellation 4 For Maximum Damage

C4 of Ganyu would increase the damage taken of enemies inside the area up to 25% maximizing the already high damage output of Ganyu. C4 is recommended for Main DPS Ganyu.

Cryo Main DPS Build

This build uses Ganyu's high base attack together with its CRIT DMG bonus stat to deal powerful AOE damage to enemies. This build work especially well if Cryo Resonance is activated.

Amos' Bow	Increases Normal and Charged Attack DMG by 12%. Normal and Charged Attack DMG increases by 8% every 0.1s for up to 5 times.
Weapon Substitute
Skyward Harp	Increases CRIT DMG by 20%. Hits have a 60% chance to inflict a small AoE attack, dealing 125% Physical ATK DMG. Can only occur once every 4s.
The Viridescent Hunt	Upon hit, Normal and Aimed Shot have a 50% chance to generate a Cyclone, which will continuously attract surrounding enemies, dealing 40% of ATK as DMG to these enemies every 0.5s for 4s. This effect can only occur once every 14s.
